Phobos Regolith Syndicate
The Phobos Regolith Syndicate was formed in 2175 by a group of Martian surface miners who wanted to work the moon above their heads. It now holds the lease on claim FV-0577, the Stickney Rim Neodymium Field, and ships rare-earth concentrate down to Mars and up to the alloy works in orbit.
The Syndicate is one of Ferrovane's most loyal equipment customers. It runs six Lodeseeker Prospector Rovers across the crater rim, eighteen Spectra Assay Lances for grade control and 120 Claimstake Survey Markers that ring its leased ground, a fleet worth about 55.6 million credits. Ore grading 1,850 g/t neodymium, 420 g/t praseodymium and 95 g/t dysprosium is scooped from the top 60 metres and lifted off the surface by Wren Microlifter.
Rover Crew Chief Kofi Mensah-Hart helped train the Syndicate's drivers, and Senior Geophysicist Teodor Vasquez-Lin, based at nearby Stickney Station, supplies the subsurface models that guide its digging. The Syndicate contributes its sample results to the open Phobos LIBS Assay Atlas.
