Belt and Beyond Mining Summit

The Belt and Beyond Mining Summit draws miners, refiners, financiers and shipwrights from across the system to the Olympus Ring each year. Ferrovane Prospecting Guild is not the organiser, but two of its senior people take the main stage this time.

Guildmaster Halvard Renko speaks on the independent prospector's place in an industry increasingly dominated by large combines, and on the Guild's partnership with Halcyon Stellar Works. Refinery Superintendent Maren Adebayo-Cruz follows with hard numbers from the Ironmonger Field Refinery on the Ferric Twins: how sending 120 tonnes of concentrate per batch instead of raw iron-nickel cuts the number of Leviathan Ore Hauler voyages by more than ninety per cent.

The Guild runs a stand on the exhibition floor with a working Sieve Ore-Sorting Rig demonstration. Summit passes are sold by the organisers.
