Maren Adebayo-Cruz

Maren Adebayo-Cruz oversees the guild's mobile processing plants, including every Ironmonger Field Refinery deployed in the Belt. Each 48-metre unit draws 8,000 kW from its fission core and turns raw ore into 120 tonnes of concentrate per batch, and she has commissioned all of them herself.

A metallurgist by training, she spent a decade at a Vesta smelter before joining Ferrovane in 2176. She coordinates refinery moves with Basilisk Salvage Tug crews, who nudge the plants into position beside a working face, and she works closely with the Vesta Crucible Refining Combine, which operates three Ironmongers under lease. Her rule for new operators is simple: no batch starts until the carbonyl loop has passed a leak check.
