Nadia El-Amin
Nadia El-Amin keeps the official register of every Ferrovane mining claim, from FV-0001 staked in 2164 to the latest lots heading for auction. Her office at the Occator guildhall on Ceres records roughly 340 new claims and 90 transfers a year.
El-Amin pushed for the guild to standardise on the Claimstake Survey Marker, whose 40-kilometre transponder signal lets her staff confirm a boundary without sending anyone out. She also maintains the ClaimGrid Boundary Mapper, the open tool that flags overlapping claim polygons before they turn into lawsuits. Prospectors describe her as patient, exacting and impossible to bribe; she arbitrates around a dozen boundary disputes each year and has had only one decision overturned.
